collaboration with Skip Kendall, a PGA Tour and Champions Tour player who coaches the short game for professionals. Its compact tour shape suits better players who like to manufacture shots. Tungsten weighting near the topline raises the CG for a flighted, controllable trajectory, and heel relief makes it easy to open the face for soft, high-spin shots.

Sub 70 GolfCustom built to your specs

Real product detailsSpecs from Sub 70's official product pages

Grater Golf supportFitting and custom build help

Why golfers choose it

Tungsten-raised CG, and more.

1
Tungsten-raised CG

Weight near the topline promotes a penetrating, flighted trajectory with predictable spin.

2
Compact tour shape

A clean, minimal-offset profile that accomplished players prefer at address.

3
Heel relief

Lets you open the face easily for soft-landing shots around the green.

Product details

Specs at a glance

Brand

Sub 70

Model

SK Forged Wedge

Lofts

48°, 50°, 52°, 54°, 56°, 58°, 60°

Bounce

9° to 12°

Lie

63.5°

Offset

0.5mm

Head weight

300g to 304g

Standard length (steel)

35" to 35.5"

Blade length

71 mm

Top line width

6 mm

Material

DT-4 Steel

Finish

Satin, Black, Raw

Hosel

.370 parallel

Hand

Right hand

Key features

Developed over three years with Skip Kendall

Compact tour head with 0.5mm offset

Tungsten weighting for a higher CG and flighted trajectory

Heel relief for opening the face

Precision milled grooves and face

Forged DT-4 carbon steel in Satin, Black or Raw

Lofts, bounce and custom build

Lofts run 48° to 60° with 9° to 12° of bounce.
