Shipping Terms for United States Orders
We use a combination of carriers to ensure the safest, fastest delivery of your items with online tracking.
Most products are eligible for Free ground or 2-Day Shipping within the United States. Some products are also eligible for same-day shipping if your order is placed by 2PM ET. Some products require additional handling days and may ship from another warehouse.
We guarantee that we will ship your order in the promised timeframe and with the correct shipping speed. We are not responsible for any carrier-related delays, but we will always work with you to resolve them.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information that can be tracked from the carrier site.
Return Policy
We want you to love your GGS (Grater Golf Sims) product, but if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it within the stated return period for that product, subject to the conditions below. Returns or exchanges may only be initiated via email at returns@gratergolf.com.
Most products are eligible for 30-day returns per manufacturer policy. Product-specific return periods and terms can be found on the product page.
Most products are eligible for free returns, but not all. A product's eligibility is clearly noted on its product page. Products that are eligible for a free return label provided by GGS will read "Free 30 Day Returns" on the product page. Products that are not eligible for free returns and will require the customer to pay return shipping will read "30 Day Returns" on the product page.
Products not eligible for free returns include, but are not limited to:
- Sim Studio Packages
- Net Return Products
- Fiberbuilt Products
- Carl's Place
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Send an email to returns@gratergolf.com with your item and order number and explanation for your return. We will review the email and issue a shipping label for free returns once approved. Non free shipping returns will require the customer to pay for or provide a shipping label through their shipping account.
Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit the payment method you use for purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed. Please note that we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges Conditions
Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, GGS reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 10% restocking fee. Large items including but not limited to Sim Studios, Net Return, Fiberbuilt and Carl's Place are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Custom Carl's Place packages are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee.
All returned and exchanged items must be returned in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories. Products that are not returned in new condition in the original unaltered box may be assessed a minimum 10% restocking fee. Products that have been blemished or show signs of excessive wear may be assessed a minimum 15% restocking fee. The retail value of any bundled items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. GGS can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Customers are eligible for one (1) free return or exchange. Each proceeding return or exchange may incur a minimum 10% restocking fee and additional shipping charge deducted from the credit returned to the customer's original method of payment. Orders containing products that were received by the customer in faulty or damaged condition are exempt from this rule.
Free Returns labels are only provided within the United States.
Software subscriptions are NOT eligible for refund once they have been activated.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless directed to do so.
GGS has the right to deny any customer who abuses these return policies. If you are flagged, you are no longer eligible to purchase or return products to GGS.
Limited Liability
GGS is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. GGS is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Please note: any electronics containing user profile data must be either factory reset or password unlocked before sending back to GGS for return.
