Shipping Policy
Grater Golf is committed to making shipping as simple and predictable as possible. Because we sell everything from small golf accessories and club components to launch monitors, projectors, hitting mats, simulator enclosures, and complete golf simulator systems, shipping methods and costs can vary by product.
Free Shipping on Orders $100+
Grater Golf offers free standard ground shipping on most eligible orders of $100 or more shipped within the contiguous United States.
Many golf clubs, launch monitors, projectors, and other qualifying high-value products may receive free standard shipping regardless of order value.
Oversized, freight, remote-area, and select manufacturer-direct products may have additional shipping charges.
Standard Parcel Shipping
Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout, eligible standard parcel orders shipped within the contiguous United States are generally charged:
- Orders under $50: $6.95 standard shipping
- Orders from $50 to $99.99: $8.95 standard shipping
- Orders of $100 or more: Free standard ground shipping on eligible items
Golf Shaft Shipping
Golf shafts frequently require oversized or long packaging and may ship under a separate shipping profile.
- Shaft orders under $100: $12.95 standard shipping
- Shaft orders of $100 or more: Free standard ground shipping on eligible orders
Golf Clubs, Launch Monitors and Projectors
Most eligible golf clubs, launch monitors, and projectors qualify for free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
Oversized and Freight Shipments
Simulator enclosures, full simulator packages, large hitting mats, turf, impact screens, flooring, commercial products, and other oversized or heavy items may require freight delivery or special handling.
Freight services may include:
- Commercial freight delivery;
- Residential delivery;
- Liftgate service;
- Remote-area delivery;
- Inside delivery when available; or
- Other special handling requirements.
Some oversized products include standard freight shipping in the advertised price. Other items may require a separate freight quote.
If additional freight charges are required and cannot be calculated automatically at checkout, Grater Golf will contact the customer before final fulfillment.
Multiple Fulfillment Locations
Orders may ship from Grater Golf or directly from a manufacturer, distributor, fulfillment warehouse, or authorized supplier.
A single order may arrive in multiple shipments and on different days. Separate tracking numbers may be issued for individual portions of an order.
Handling Times
Handling times shown on product pages represent the estimated time before an item ships. Handling times are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Certain products may be:
- Built to order;
- Configured or assembled before shipment;
- Special ordered;
- Made to order; or
- Fulfilled directly by a manufacturer.
These items may require additional processing time.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times provided by Grater Golf, manufacturers, or shipping carriers are estimates.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, manufacturer delays, supply-chain interruptions, freight scheduling, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside Grater Golf's reasonable control.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited, guaranteed, weekend, or special delivery services are not included in free-shipping promotions.
When expedited shipping is available, the customer is responsible for the additional cost.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and International Shipping
Free-shipping promotions apply only to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States unless specifically stated otherwise.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations may require a separate shipping quote and may not be available for all products.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Additional carrier charges caused by incorrect addresses, refused shipments, address changes after shipment, or failed delivery attempts may be the responsibility of the customer.
Product-Specific Shipping Terms
A product page, written quote, invoice, order confirmation, manufacturer policy, or freight quote may include shipping terms that differ from this general policy.
When product-specific terms are provided, those terms apply to that item.
