Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases of products and services from Grater Golf LLC. By placing an order with Grater Golf, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific terms disclosed on a product page, quote, invoice, order confirmation, or written agreement.

Orders

All orders are subject to product availability, successful payment authorization, fraud screening, verification of pricing and product information, and acceptance by Grater Golf.

Grater Golf may cancel or decline an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, restricted from shipment, subject to a supplier issue, or otherwise cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

If Grater Golf cancels an order before fulfillment, any captured payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Pricing and Product Information

Grater Golf makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate pricing, product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and compatibility information.

Manufacturers may change product specifications, packaging, included accessories, software compatibility, or availability without notice.

If an obvious pricing, typographical, or listing error occurs, Grater Golf may cancel the affected order or contact the customer for approval of corrected terms.

Product Images

Product images may show optional accessories, computers, projectors, launch monitors, simulator software, turf, screens, enclosures, mounting hardware, or other products that are not included unless specifically stated.

Order Cancellations

Standard stocked orders may be cancelled before fulfillment when possible.

Special-order, custom, made-to-order, manufacturer-direct, freight, configured, assembled, or modified products may be subject to cancellation restrictions once processing has begun.

Product-specific cancellation terms apply when disclosed.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discount codes, free gifts, shipping promotions, rebates, and special pricing may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions may not be combined and may exclude certain brands, custom products, freight products, or manufacturer-restricted items.

Price Matching

Grater Golf may offer price matching on qualifying products at its discretion.

Qualifying price matches generally require an advertised price from an authorized seller for the identical product, condition, configuration, warranty, and availability.

Marketplace sellers, unauthorized dealers, clearance products, open-box products, coupons, bundles, flash sales, membership pricing, discontinued items, and pricing errors may be excluded.

Financing and Payment Services

Financing or installment-payment options may be provided by third-party providers.

Approval, eligibility, interest, fees, payment schedules, and financing terms are determined by the applicable provider and are separate from Grater Golf's sales terms.

Third-Party Software and Services

Certain launch monitors, simulator products, computers, and related products may rely on third-party software, subscriptions, internet services, applications, or licensing systems.

Third-party providers control their own pricing, compatibility, availability, features, subscriptions, and system requirements.

Warranty

Many products sold by Grater Golf include manufacturer warranty coverage. Warranty terms are governed by the applicable manufacturer's warranty policy.

Product Use and Installation

Customers are responsible for using and installing products in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

Professional installation should be used when required by product complexity, manufacturer instructions, local code, or applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grater Golf is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from improper installation, misuse, room incompatibility, customer-supplied measurements, third-party software changes, carrier delays, manufacturer delays, or circumstances outside Grater Golf's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Product-Specific Terms

A product page, written quote, invoice, order confirmation, manufacturer policy, or other written agreement may include terms that differ from these general Terms.

When product-specific terms are disclosed, those terms apply to the affected product.

Changes to These Terms

Grater Golf may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version in effect when an order is placed generally applies to that transaction, together with any applicable product-specific terms.
