65g–75g
Consider the lighter end when preserving speed or reducing total club weight matters, while retaining the Tour Prototype stability concept.
85g
The center of the range and the only weight offering all five flex choices—useful when fine-tuning feel without changing shaft mass.
95g–105g
Consider the heavier end when added shaft mass and a substantial feel help the hybrid blend into a heavier iron setup.

Trim for the Hybrid Being Built
KBS specifies no tip trim for a 2-hybrid, then adds one-half inch for each step through the 6-hybrid. After the correct tip trim, butt trim the shaft to the required finished playing length.
KBS bases this schedule on the longest hybrid in the OEM series. Confirm the hybrid number, head or adapter, insertion depth and desired finished specifications before cutting.

graphite shaft is permanent and changes its playing characteristics. A
qualified builder should confirm the head, hosel or adapter, insertion
depth, playing length and swing-weight target before cutting.

The .370-inch tip specification must match the head or adapter being used.
The Tour Graphite Hybrid Prototype uses a .370-inch parallel
tip. It is intended for compatible hybrid heads or adapters made
for a .370-inch shaft. It is not a direct fit for .355-inch taper-tip
hybrid hosels or .335-inch wood adapters. Requirements vary by brand and
model, so confirm compatibility before ordering or cutting the shaft.
