The Diamana BB Hybrid is the balanced middle of the Diamana hybrid lineup. Firm butt and tip sections bracket a softer mid section, so the shaft loads smoothly but stays steady at impact for a mid-launch, mid-spin flight. Offered in 83 and 93 weight classes from 83 to 98 grams, it is designed to sit beneath BB driver and fairway shafts for a consistent feel across the bag.

Choosing weight and flex
Mitsubishi pairs the 83 R with 81 to 90 mph driver speeds, the 83 or 93 S with 91 to 105 mph, and the X versions with speeds above 106 mph. Tip trim is 0 inches for a 2-hybrid, 0.5 for a 3, 0.75 for a 4 and 1 inch for a 5.

Should I pick the 83 or the 93?
Both share the same profile. The 93 adds roughly 10 grams for players who like more weight in hand or want to match heavier iron shafts, and it comes only in S and X.
Is BB softer than WB?
In the middle, yes. BB has a soft mid section, while WB is firm through the mid and tip and launches lower.
Do you install and cut it to length?
Grater Golf can tip trim it for your hybrid number, add an adapter if your head uses one, build to your preferred length and finish it with your grip.
