Equalizer II wedges push the design envelope for the highest level of performance and the feel only a premium forging can provide. The forged head has uniform density from toe to heel, the face is CNC milled flat with texture between the grooves, and the grooves are the most aggressive U shape allowed, machine cut after forging. Choose the Standard grind in every loft, or the Texas Grind with added heel and sole relief for firm turf and tight lies, in nickel chrome or Diamond Black Metal.

How is it built?
Ben Hogan builds each club by hand to order with the shaft, grip and length you choose in the Build Options above. Pick a flex to see the shafts available in it and a grip size to see the grips. No-charge choices are listed first; premium shafts and grips add their upgrade charge to your cart automatically. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the build before it ships.
Which flex should I choose?
As a guide by 6-iron carry: Senior / Ladies under about 130 yards, Regular about 130 to 160, Stiff 160 to 180 and Extra Stiff beyond that. If you are between two, smoother tempos usually suit the softer flex.
What does the length adjustment mean?
Length adjustments are relative to Ben Hogan standard wedge lengths (about 35" to 35.5" depending on loft). Most golfers play standard; go shorter or longer in half-inch steps if your irons are built off standard.
Can the loft and lie be adjusted?
Yes. Ben Hogan can bend the head up to 2° stronger or weaker and 2° flatter or more upright for $5 per adjustment. Choose them in the Build Options above.
