Product questions
Frequently asked questions
Can Spica 3 be used indoors and outdoors?
Yes. It is designed for both settings and includes environmental and orientation sensors to support portable use.
Does it measure club data?
Yes. With the supplied club stickers, it reports club speed, smash factor, attack angle, and club path.
Is a subscription mandatory?
No mandatory annual plan is required for core use. GOLFJOY advertises a software trial and a continuing free tier, while expanded content and third-party software may have separate fees.
How much indoor space is needed?
GOLFJOY recommends at least about 2 yards / 1.8 m from the ball to the screen or net and a ceiling height around 2.75–3.1 m. Also verify full-swing and device clearance.
What else do I need to run a full golf simulator?
You will need an impact screen or net, a projector or display, a Windows 10/11 PC, and an enclosure or frame — none of which are included with the Spica 3. Contact Grater Golf and we can help you spec the full setup.
