Screen dimensions are the selected screen sizeβnot a guarantee of the final projected image area. Leave the clearance required by your enclosure and mounting system, then calculate the usable image area from the finished opening.
For 16:9, image width is approximately 1.78 Γ image height. For 4:3, image width is approximately 1.33 Γ image height. Match the projectorβs native ratio, throw range, lens offset, and brightness to that usable area.
This listing is for the selected impact screen only. An enclosure frame, bungees or other mounting hardware, projector, launch monitor, computer, software, mat, turf, padding, and room protection are separate unless explicitly stated.
Custom edge treatments or mounting details may require a quote. Contact Grater Golf before ordering if your enclosure uses pockets, hook-and-loop attachment, unusual grommet spacing, notches, angles, or another custom finish.
Installation and care
| Mounting tension | Keep the surface flat enough for projection without over-tensioning it; the screen needs room to absorb ball impact. |
|---|---|
| Behind-screen clearance | Maintain adequate space between the screen and any wall, frame, equipment, or hard surface behind it. |
| Golf balls and clubs | Use clean, unmarked, undamaged balls and clean clubfaces. Dirt, marker ink, and damaged covers can transfer to the projection surface. |
| Cleaning | Remove loose dust with a vacuum or soft brush. Spot-test gentle cleaning methods in an inconspicuous area and avoid aggressive chemicals. |
