Choosing loft and bounce
Mizuno matches each bounce with its own sole grind. Lower bounce with more relief generally suits firm turf and open-face shots, while higher bounce generally suits softer turf and full swings. This model is offered in 46° to 60°, right-handed.

What sole grinds are available?
The T-1 is offered with S, M, P, C, V and X sole grinds, each matched to a bounce. M is mid bounce with moderate relief, S is high bounce with limited relief, P adds relief with extra effective bounce, C is mid/high bounce with generous relief, V is high bounce with aggressive relief, and X is low bounce with aggressive relief.
How is the T-1 different from the T-3?
Both share the same forging, grooves and copper underlay. The T-1 has a blade-style back and six sole grinds, while the T-3 adds a shallow cavity design and comes in M, S and C grinds.
