Callaway Big Bertha 3 Hybrid | 18°, Aldila NVS 85 stiff, shop demo
Callaway · HybridsCallaway Big Bertha 3 Hybrid, 18°, Aldila NVS 85 Stiff Graphite Shaft, Right Hand
Callaway’s Big Bertha hybrid is built for easy launch, fast ball speed and big forgiveness. Jailbreak Technology places two internal bars behind the face that tie the crown and sole together, stiffening the body at impact so more energy goes into the ball. A Hyper Speed Face Cup and ultra-thin Carpenter 455 steel face flex more across the face for speed on center and off-center hits, and the shorter, lighter OptiFit hosel lets Callaway push weight low and back for a high, long-carrying flight. The OptiFit hosel also adjusts loft, lie and face angle. This 3 hybrid (18°) is right hand with an Aldila NVS 85 graphite hybrid shaft in stiff flex, and comes with the Big Bertha headcover shown in the photos. It has never been played on the course and was used only in our shop for demos and testing; the sole shows scuffs from hitting-mat use, so please see the photos.
