The Sub 70 749/939X Combo Set pairs 749 irons with 939X hybrids in place of the long irons. The 749 irons use an ultra-thin 455 Carpenter steel face, a lower center of gravity and a wider cambered sole for launch and forgiveness. The 939X hybrids, made from 455 Carpenter steel with an ultra-thin crown and 1.8mm face, produce a low-spin, mid-high flight that carries far and lands softly.
