The Sub 70 939X Hybrid produces a low-spin, mid-high trajectory for distance, accuracy and soft landings. The head is 455 Carpenter steel with an ultra-thin crown and a 1.8mm face for a strong spring effect. An adjustable hosel and dual weight ports let you tune face angle and swing weight, and a universal sole plate handles a wide range of turf and lies in a classic black head.

Lengths run from 2" under to 1" over standard, plus lady standard.

How does the 939X compare to the newer 949X and 959X?
The 939X is the classic, low-spin Sub 70 hybrid. The 949X adds a carbon crown and cupped face, and the 959X adds a 3D-printed face, 12-position hosel and triple weights.
Can I choose my shaft, grip and length?
Yes. Choose your hand and loft above, then pick flex, shaft, grip size, grip and club length in Build Options. Every hybrid is custom built to those specs, and premium shaft and grip upcharges are added to your cart automatically.
