The Sub 70 TAIII v2 Forged Wedge builds on the original TAIII with direct input from PGA Tour winner Tommy Armour III. The sole is 3mm wider with extra trailing-edge relief so it glides through grass and sand, while mass moved higher in the head keeps the flight penetrating and controlled. A new polymer heel insert softens feel, and the proven TAIII grooves and face milling carry over unchanged.

Lofts, bounce and custom build
Lofts run 48° to 60° in 2° steps with 9° to 12° of bounce. The wider sole makes the TAIII v2 a strong fit for players who want more forgiveness through impact without giving up the compact TAIII look. Built with a .370 parallel hosel.

How is the TAIII v2 different from the original TAIII?
The v2 adds a 3mm wider sole, more trailing-edge relief, a higher center of gravity and a polymer heel insert. Grooves, face milling and overall shaping stay the same.
Parallel or Taper Tip?
This version has a .370 parallel hosel for parallel tip iron shafts such as Dynamic Gold, KBS Tour, Project X and Nippon Modus. A Taper Tip .355 version is also available if you prefer taper tip wedge shafts.
Can I choose my shaft, grip, length and lie?
Yes. Pick your finish and loft above, then choose flex, shaft, grip size, grip, club length, lie angle, step pattern and ferrule in Build Options. Every wedge is custom built to those specs, and premium shaft, grip and ferrule upcharges are added to your cart automatically.
